Grade 1- 8 Forms

Parents wishing to register their children for religious education should fill out the appropriate registration form(s). There are two different forms. Use the one which applies to your situation.

The New Student Registration Form is to be used for students who have not previously been enrolled in St. Margaret’s Religious Education Program in past years.

The Family Registration Form may be used for students who have already been enrolled in St. Margaret’s Religious Education Program in past years.

The fee for students in grades 1,3,4,5,6,7,8 is $50.00 per child.
The fee for students in grade 2 is $75.00 per child.
The family maximum is $175.00. Checks may be made out to: ‘St. Margaret’s Parish.’
Full time religious ed teachers are exempt from all tuition.
Anyone experiencing financial difficulty should pay what they can afford.
